Since 2005, Ekso Bionics has used exoskeleton technology to enhance natural abilities and improve quality of life. We are the leading exoskeleton company to offer technologies that help those with paralysis to stand up and walk, enhance worker capabilities globally, and provide research for the advancement of R&D projects intended to benefit U.S. defense capabilities.

Jack Peurach
Jack PeurachPresident & CEO
Mr. Peurach served on the Board of Directors of Ekso Bionics from January 2012 until March 2018. Before becoming the Chief Executive Officer at Ekso, Mr. Peurach was the Executive Vice President, Products for SunPower Corp (NASDAQ: SPWR), where he was responsible for all aspects of SunPower’s PV modules and residential, commercial and utility PV systems.
Bill Shaw

Bill Shaw joined Ekso Bionics as its Chief Commercial Officer in May 2019. He brings more than 15 years of medical device sales and leadership experience to Ekso. Most recently, Mr. Shaw served as Global Vice President of Robotics at Zimmer Biomet.
Jack Glenn
Jack GlennCFO
Mr. Glenn joined Ekso Bionics as its Chief Financial Officer in August 2018. He brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience to this role, within both public and private companies in the life science industry. Most recently, Mr. Glenn served as CFO for Sonendo, Inc., a privately-held, venture-backed company.
Chwee Foon Lim
Chwee Foon LimPresident, APAC
Chwee Foon Lim has more than 20 years of international experience in Healthcare & Life Science sector, having worked and lived across major geographies as Asia, Europe and the Americas. Prior to joining Ekso Bionics, she was Head of Healthcare for The Linde Group, Asia Pacific, where she led the Healthcare business growth for Asia.
Michael Pratt
Michael PrattVice President, Industrial
Michael Pratt joined Ekso Bionics as the Vice President of our industrial business, Ekso Works, in January 2020. Prior to joining Ekso Bionics Michael has spent that last 12 years in sales leadership and marketing responsibilities, most recently US Vice President of Robotics at Zimmer Biomet.
Jason Jones
Jason JonesVice President, Product Development
Jason has spent his career building products, technology, and companies across multiple industries including medical devices, industrial automation, semiconductors, and solar energy. Along the way he stopped by Wall Street for a cup of coffee. Jason is a proud native Californian and has spent his entire adult life in and around Berkeley, where he currently lives with his semi-adorable family of 4.
Stephan Aderhold

Stephan has 15 years of experience with medical devices like eye health care or gastroenterology. He is a team enabler and innovative thinking leader.

Mike is a physical therapist, neurological clinical specialist with a career focus in acquired brain injury. In clinical practice, advanced technologies were always of interest and the opportunity to join Ekso in 2012 was an exciting path to bring robotics into standard clinical practice.
Josh Witherspoon

Before joining Ekso, Josh worked in Real Estate for 8 years selling bank owned & HUD properties. He joined Ekso in January 2012, 2 weeks before we shipped our first device.
Anthony Pratt

Anthony Pratt has experience working with advanced robotic technology and leading high performing teams in the startup/small company arena. He believes the passion to get behind a technology that not only solves a problem for Hospitals but that has maximum patient value is the key ingredient to success.
Rachael Adams
Rachael Adams Area Director, West
Rachael is an Area Director based out of Minneapolis, MN. She lives there with her fiancé and puppy Emmy. She loves to spend as much time outdoors as possible, cooking and nutrition, and traveling to new parts of the world.
Owen Reilly
Owen ReillyArea Director, East
Owen Reilly is an experienced leader, who combines his background as a Physical Therapist with his experience selling Advanced Technologies in the Healthcare Market. He partners with both Clinicians and Executives to drive success in implementing Robotics programs to eventually allow access for all patients requiring Rehab from Neurological deficits.

From the earliest days of the medical exoskeleton work, Katie could be found working on software and testing human machine interface concepts. Her favorite part of the job, however, has always been meeting and getting input from the people who Ekso. When she’s not programming, she can be found on her biking, bagpiping, or backpacking.
Mario Solano

Mario has been with Ekso Bionics for over five years, previously with Meka Robotics and HStar Technologies. Mario received his BA in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
Jerome Wong
Jerome WongCorporate Controller
Jerome joined Ekso Bionics in January 2016. He brings more than 20 years of experience to this role focusing on high technology and life sciences in public companies. Jerome lives in Sausalito with his wife and two kids. When he’s not spending time with the family, he will be seen kitesurfing in the San Francisco Bay or shredding the powder in Tahoe.

Dedicated to developing robotic programs for Ekso in the Northeast, Andy is mission-driven to accelerate patient access to our technology and widespread adoption to impact outcomes and improve the quality of life for patients and their families.
Susan Price
Susan Price Regional Program Manager
Susan started with Ekso Bionics having a Chemistry and international Studies background. There is seemingly no correlation except having the same mission. Susan loves international travel, climbing mountains, and investigating what’s around the next corner.
Rino Bevis
Rino Bevis Regional Program Manager
Rino is the regional program manager for the Southeast US. He lives in Tampa, FL with his wife Devon, son Donovan, daughter Sadie, and black lab Luna. He is a former college and professional basketball player, avid Yogi, and has been in healthcare/devices for ten years.
Hadley Hicks
Hadley Hicks Regional Program Manager
Hadley has been in medical device sales for 20 years and enjoys the dynamic and fluid nature of companies in the early-ish stages of market adoption, where clinicians & technology merge to change the direction of patient outcomes. Hadley lives in the Bay Area with her husband and two kids and loves skiing, the beach & spending time with her family.
Eva Barquín Santos

Eva Barquín Santos has degrees in Occupational Therapist and Physiotehreapist as a Master Degree in Neuro-Rehabilitation. She has been working as a neuro physiotehrapist over the last 17 years. She is specialist in Ekso for almost 8 years, supporting EMEA and APAC markets. Right now she is the Clinical Manager of Asia Pacific. She loves to work in an international team where to learn not just from the others, profesionalism, but from their cultures and personal experiences.
Catharina Ohlmeier

Catharina was born in California and raised in Germany. She has been a PT since 2006, got to know Ekso in 2016 and loves it for the endless options of treatment possibilities. She did the logical step and joined EB August 2017. She is always thrilled when customers understand what EksoNR can accomplish in their patient treatments.

Alyssa is a Physical Therapist and Clinical Training Specialist with Ekso Bionics located in the Washington, DC region. Prior to joining Ekso, she used the device clinically at Medstar National Rehabilitation Hospital where she specialized in working with patients who have acquired brain injuries.
Adam Kesten, PT, DPT, NCS

Prior to starting with Ekso, Adam was employed as a Senior Physical Therapist at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation for 6 years with a focus on stroke, brain injury and the use of technology in the rehab setting. Adam lives in NJ with his wife and daughter. He loves fitness, health, and spending as much time as possible with his family.

Rolf has now been working for more than 11 years in the sales of neurological rehabilitation equipment. As a graduate sports scientist, he had an early interest in robotic and evidence-based therapy methods. Rolf lives in Düsseldorf and prefers to spend his free time with his children.

Megan Burns

In December 2015, Megan had a stroke in her spinal cord, caused by a ruptured AVM. She was introduced to Ekso in the fall of 2017 (2years post injury) when she went to the Shirley Ryan Ability website to look for rehabilitation help. She ended up using Ekso 3 days per week for 12 weeks and joined Team Ekso as a Patient Ambassador in 2019.
Amelia Clark

Amelia is a mother of three active boys. At 38, she suffered a stroke that left her with limited mobility. Amelia underwent outpatient Ekso therapy at MidAmerica Rehabilitation Hospital and has regained much mobility, even now able to drive again. She is active in educating others on her story and has started a stroke support group.
Jim Gratton

Jim joined Team Ekso as an ambassador in November 2015 and has travelled the US, doing over 100 demos of EksoGT and EksoNR . Jim suffered a stroke in 2013, married his wife in 2014, and was introduced to Ekso in 2015. Jim and his wife now travel and work full time on the road in their RV, even being recently featured on the show ‘The RV’er’. Right now, they are in Florida, enjoying the sunshine and water, kayaking, paddle boarding, and boating.
