Mr. Peurach served on the Board of Directors of Ekso Bionics from January 2012 until March 2018. Before becoming the Chief Executive Officer at Ekso, Mr. Peurach was the Executive Vice President, Products for SunPower Corp (NASDAQ: SPWR), where he was responsible for all aspects of SunPower’s PV modules and residential, commercial and utility PV systems. Prior to this role, from 2009 to 2011, Mr. Peurach served as Executive Vice President, Research and Development for SunPower, where he led the research and development efforts of the PV Cells, Modules and Systems. From 2008 to 2009, Mr. Peurach was the Vice President of the Advanced Product Development Group, and from 2007 to 2008, Mr. Peurach was the Senior Director of Product Development at SunPower. Prior to SunPower’s acquisition of PowerLight in 2007, Mr. Peurach served as PowerLight’s Vice President of Product Development. Earlier in his career, Mr. Peurach was a strategy consultant for Mercer Management Consulting and director of engineering at Berkeley Process Control, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan State University, a Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Business administration, finance and entrepreneurship from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Glenn joined Ekso Bionics as its Chief Financial Officer in August 2018. He brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience to this role, within both public and private companies in the life science industry. Most recently, Mr. Glenn served as CFO for Sonendo, Inc., a privately-held, venture-backed company. Prior to this, his experience also includes serving as CFO at several other companies, including Armetheon Corporation, a privately-held biopharmaceutical company; Solta Medical, where he assisted in the company’s strategic acquisition by Valeant Pharmaceutical; Cholestech, which was acquired by Alere Medical; and Invivo Corporation, which was sold to Intermagnetics General Corporation. Mr. Glenn received his MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University and his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nevada.

Mr. DeLonzor joined Ekso in October, 2015 as Vice President of Operations responsible for leading Research and Development, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs. Mr. DeLonzor’s 25-year career commercializing innovative medical products spans a broad range of organizational settings from early stage start-up through Fortune 500. Most recently Mr. DeLonzor was the President of Halt Medical leading a team to develop an alternative to hysterectomy, establishing clinical evidence and new insurance coverage for the minimally invasive procedure. Mr. DeLonzor holds an MBA and earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Sacramento.

Mr. Babini brings more than 20 years of diverse medical device sales experience to Ekso. Most recently, he served as Global Vice President, Sales and Market Development at Medtech Surgical from 2014 until its acquisition by Zimmer Biomet in 2016. Prior to that, he served as Regional Vice President of Sales at Intuitive Surgical, Inc., where he contributed to a substantial acceleration of robotic adoption and helped develop the sales training program during his 10 years with the company. He previously served in various sales leadership roles at U.S. Surgical Corp. Mr. Babini earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Eastern Michigan University.

Previously he was the VP, International Marketing and Managing Director at EndoChoice GmbH, leading product and service marketing in Asia-Pacific and European key markets. Prior to this he was VP of Sales & Marketing EMEA at Given Imaging, where his responsibilities included Canada, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Sales & Marketing Manager EMEA at Pentax Medical Europe, where he focused on direct sales in France & Benelux and market development for GI endoscopy. He has also worked as a Sales Engineer at Siemssen & Co working as Distributor Sales Manager for Carl Zeiss products in India, and as Product Manager (anesthesia) at Hoyer Medizintechnik.

Chwee Foon Lim has more than 20 years of international experience in Healthcare & Life Science sector, having worked and lived across major geographies as Asia, Europe and the Americas. Prior to joining Ekso Bionics, she was Head of Healthcare for The Linde Group, Asia Pacific, where she led the Healthcare business growth for Asia. Linde Healthcare is a global leader specialising along an integrated respiratory care path which combines pharmaceutical gases, medical devices and clinical services from hospital to home. Prior to Linde, she held various general management roles with Syngenta, based in London. Her career experience also included M&A and public listings with Arthur Andersen and various commercial and market entry roles with Exxon. She holds an MBA (with Distinction) from INSEAD, France, and B Accountancy (First Class Hons) from the National University of Singapore.
