Regain mobility with EksoHealth
Whether you are an individual living with spinal cord injury (SCI), a physical therapist working with patients after stroke, brain injury, SCI, or those with multiple sclerosis (MS), or a physician seeking better options to enhance your patients' mobility, Ekso Bionics has leading exoskeleton technology that can benefit those working through their rehabilitation or those living with SCI who want to walk again.

CMS provides pricing determination for Ekso Indego Personal coverage
As of 2024, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has established a Medicare payment level for personal exoskeletons, confirming coverage within the brace benefit category. Medicare may cover an exoskeleton when it is considered reasonable and necessary based on a patient’s medical condition and clinical documentation.
Am I Eligible? From Hospital to Home
Individuals with neurological impairments and SCI can utilize our exoskeletons in their journey to independence.
EksoNR is the only FDA cleared exoskeleton for brain injury and MS and was the first exoskeleton to be cleared for both stroke and SCI. Physical therapists can use EksoNR to mobilize patients early in their recovery, even before they can stand on their own.

Ekso Indego Therapy enables patients with lower extremity weakness or paralysis from spinal cord injury or stroke. Outpatient therapy facilities can utilize Ekso Indego Therapy for individuals who are looking to improve their strength and walking ability as well as for those with complete SCI who could be candidates for a personal exoskeleton at home.

Ekso Indego Personal is the lightest weight exoskeleton available and enables individuals paralyzed from SCI (level T3-L5) to stand and walk at home and in their community. This modular exoskeleton allows individuals to stand, walk, have eye-level conversations, and hug their loved ones heart-to-heart out of their wheelchair.
