The Franciscan Health Lafayette Inpatient Rehabilitation Center is an 18 bed unit that is nationally accredited, comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation facility. The center accepts adult patients who have suffered an injury or disease that need closely supervised by a physician and have difficulty performing activities of daily living, transferring and/or walking, and cognitive/speech tasks.  Our specialized program is a comprehensive patient focused approach that is coordinated by an interdisciplinary team made up of the patient, Physiatrist, rehabilitation nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Pathology and Social Work/Discharge Planning. The outpatient adult therapy department is a comprehensive patient focused department that includes physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. We specialize in neurological and orthopedic patient care. Our clinicians have many years of experience and advanced certifications.
