About Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Wayne

The 36-bed Rehabilitation Hospital is the region's only free-standing facility dedicated solely to rehabilitation. Accredited by The Joint Commission, we helped thousands of patients regain independence despite serious illness or injury. Services include integrated inpatient rehabilitation; neuropsychological services; occupational, physical and speech therapy; and stroke rehabilitation, to name a few. A barrier-free interior and exterior, spacious therapy gym, outdoor mobility courtyard, and a transitional living apartment are several of the therapeutic amenities offered.
