The world’s leading exoskeleton – Just
Both our EksoHealth medical and EksoWorks industrial products are used for ergonomics and rehabilitation research. Using EksoVest, Virginia Tech has studied the musculoskeletal effects exoskeletons can have for workers.
As the most-researched exoskeleton, EksoNR has been used by The Mark Pollock Foundation to try to find a cure to paralysis. Kessler Institute has been implementing Ekso to research robotics’ effect on stroke recovery. We have partnered with institutes like Johns Hopkins and Barrow Neurological Institute in product development as well as help fund and promote various research studies, such as the WISE study on chronic, complete SCI.See Research with Ekso

From the US Navy using EksoVest, to soft exoskeletons designed for DARPA, the military has been using our robotics to enhance carrying capacity and stamina for soldiers.
Our very first product, HULC, was developed for the military in partnership with Lockheed Martin, enhancing soldier capabilities to allow them to carry heavier loads over further distances. Following this, our engineers helped to develop the upper-body TALOS exoskeleton program for the US Special Operation Command and continued our military contracting and R&D to help Lockheed Martin in developing FORTIS.
